After determining if working together is a good fit for your needs, you’ll get to work by filling out comprehensive questionnaires & completing several strengths assessment. Following these forms, you can schedule your strategy session.

Development Plan Build

Within one week after your strategy session, expect to receive a detailed development plan that outlines your specific strengths and a detailed action plan with exercises to work through developing your leadership style.

You can choose from one-time payments for the development plan or opt for installment plans with 2 & 3 split payments. 

Minimum of 2/3 of the payment will be required to be paid prior to start of services and the payment plan can be structured to accommodate your budgetary timeline.

You are able to add-on regular check-ins to ensure you have accountability in your leadership development work.

Yes! For $150 a month, you can add on unlimited, ongoing Slack support where we will have weekly check-ins, progress accountability, and leadership troubleshooting.

For $300 a month, you can add on monthly strategy sessions to assess your progress, work through any roadblocks and receive guided mentorship.
